Jomtien is Changing, But Who is Ruining It? 🇹🇭

The views expressed in this video are based entirely on my own personal opinion. Jomtien is changing rapidly, with more and more high-rises under construction in 2026 and more tourists expected each year. But what else is changing, and is there one type of visitor to blame? I don't believe it's a particular nationality here in Jomtien. But it's certainly more noticeable now that the younger generation is choosing to visit this popular retirement destination. Everything changes, I guess. 😳 Don't forget to hit the LIKE button, SUBSCRIBE, and the BELL icon for notifications on my latest uploads. 😎 📍 My Links & Channels 🌐 Personal Website: https://heathwoodward.com 📸 Drone Channel:    / @underthailandskies   🎥 Mixed Channel:    / @heathsotherchannel   💬 Support the Channel You can help out by: 👍 Liking the video 💬 Leaving a kind comment ▶️ Watching another video (big help!) ❤️ Sending a Super Thanks (desktop only, I think) 💡 Feeling generous? ☕ Buy Me a Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/heathwoo... 💸 Tip via PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/Heath... #jomtien #thailand #pattaya
