The Cave -- {Rusty Lake}

This entire process was way too hectic because I randomly decided on the 27th it just had to be done for a Halloween release so… HERE YA GO . . I’m like flipping back and forth between if I like this recording or not. We just moved and this was the last song recorded with the old setup cause the new house is so echoey. I think I like it when I have earbuds in. I think that’s the consensus. . . Also I lied- last fan-song I said the next one was my favorite- but this is not that song. The song that is still currently my favorite Rusty lake musiverse song is ‘Rusty Beach’ but I have yet to get a clean enough recording or even brainstorm a thumbnail. Lyrics: Hello, my Echo How are you? Now stop being blue I know it’s ‘cause I said so Yet still the proof makes it true Hello, you’re the fellow That I saw inside of the lake You’re my foe. You said so. Yet still this is all your mistake So come down to the cave Where I was newly made My life it’s just a haze Of the sources I betrayed Hello, my Echo How are you? Now stop being brash I know it’s ‘cause I said so Yet still you’re just a talking mask Hello, you’re the fellow That I went and led astray You’re my foe. You said so. Yet still you won’t go away So come down to the cave Where I was newly made My life it’s just a haze Of the sources I betrayed Come to life Invite the fight I criticize Yet I might be the lie So come down to the cave Where I was newly made My life it’s just a haze Of the sources I betrayed So come down to the cave Where I was newly made My life it’s just a haze Of the sources I betrayed
