Outwards Most Secret Puzzle SOLVED (Breath of Darkness Quest)

The Breath of Darkness quest is extremely hidden in Outward and requires killing mysterious enemies and reading runes. Luckily this was solved on the Outward wiki but I don't think anyone has recorded it before. Here is every step needed to complete this quest and unlock a new arena of the game. It is very small but fascinating at the same time. This game always holds so many secrets and surprises. I knew what I was getting into when I did this and I was still a bit thrown off.
