This is a single released in 2006 by the Japanese power metal band: Minstrelix. Interestingly enough, the song "Suspecious Suduction" ("Suspicious Seduction" misspelled on purpose?) only shows up on this single, while Soul of the Breeze show up on their debut album "Memoirs" with a rehashed version. "Light Casts a Shadow" show up on their album "Reflections" sung by Lola and later on their EP "Through the Gates of Death" sung by Leo Figaro.
