in this video we are going to show you how to descale a commercial dishwasher. By scale we are talking about lime-scale that builds-up from minerals in your water. These white buildups can negatively effect the operation and lifespan of the commercial dishwasher. We will take you through how to do this manually or if your machine has an automatic delime cycle. For both options, be sure to drain your machine before starting and start with fresh water with no detergent if possible. No matter if you have soft water or a softener the scale will periodically build up. This procedure is valid for both high and low temperature machines.
