We take a POV ride on 12x Kone escalators and 2x O&K Kone escalators in the enormous Stockmann Department store in Central Helsinki, Finland! This is the 2nd of 3 main sets in the store, going between floors 1- to 8 (one more set goes between all levels too, but the third set just goes from levels -1 to 6). That’s why I didn’t film the ones to the basement in this video. However those escalators have been filmed and will make their way onto here sometime. *There are 3 different types of escalators in this set. There are 2 rare 1991 O&K RTK-KBS escalators, 2x 1996 O&K RTV-TE escalators (to basement) and 12 Kone E3C escalators from 2004 (lower floors) and 2007 (upper floors). The other sets are a slightly different mix, but all O&K or Kone. Some serial plates are visible up close. Watch closely and you’ll see a little bit of the store and its atrium too.
