[Tech] Turn a ThinkPad T430 into a Home Server with Three Hard Drives! (feat. CasaOS)

Before heading back to her home country, a friend left me her old Lenovo ThinkPad. I discovered that this T430 laptop can fit three hard drives, so I decided to install CasaOS and turn it into a home server. Although laptops aren’t designed for 24/7 use, it’s been working pretty well so far. I bought an HDD caddy and replaced the optical drive with a 500GB HDD, giving the laptop a total storage capacity of 800GB — plenty of space for storing movies and TV shows! --- 0:00 Open 1:16 HDD caddy 4:20 Three Hard Drives 6:42 CasaOS
