4 Benefits of Lifing in a Small Town

What are the benefits of living in a small town? As someone who lives in a VERY small Texas town, I can tell you that small-town life definitely has its quirks—but there are some things about it I wouldn't trade. In this video, I'm sharing four things I appreciate about living in a small town: knowing the people around you, having neighbors who are willing to help when you need them, enjoying a slower pace of life, and dealing with a whole lot less traffic. I'm also sharing a few real-life stories—including a time when some kind folks showed up when my family needed help, why living in a tiny town can make it easier for older people to remain independent, and the day I honked at an elderly lady at the post office and immediately realized I was the problem. 😂 Small-town living isn't perfect, and it certainly isn't for everyone. But there's something special about living in a place where people know one another, help one another, and life moves just a little bit slower.
