Forged Chef Knife with Nick Rossi at NESM

In this video Nick forges an 8.5" bladed, full tang chef knife out of 6" of 1.5" x 1/4 1084. This is in preparation for his 4 day chef knife class at NESM. The New England School of Metalwork is a non profit craft school in Auburn Maine that teaches workshops in Blacksmithing, Bladesmithing and Welding.
