Taking Off from Reno (RNO) 20 February 2021

AS 3332 RNO-SEA E175 on Rwy 34L Seat F 3A 4:00 Takeoff 4:45 Downtown 5:05 Grand Sierra Resort 6:00 Lemmon Valley Reno was nice. Not being much of a gambler, I was more fascinated by the huge, shuttered casinos downtown such as Harrah’s. Like Vegas, the RNO terminal was full of slot machines. Unlike Vegas, after 5pm everything was closed. Except for the slots, the terminal is a ghost town but for the occasional arrival. The winds were much calmer on this northerly departure. The colorful downtown skyline glows with the color changing Circus Circus main tower being the most noticeable.
