The week before fight camp starts, and I’m already locked in. 🥊 In this vlog, I’m giving you a look at what my training looks like in the final week before official fight camp begins. I’m putting in the work, getting rounds in, sharpening my skills, and getting my body and mind ready for what’s ahead. I also had the opportunity to work with one of the up-and-coming fighters and put him through some training. I love being able to share what I’ve learned in boxing and help the next generation of fighters develop their skills.
