CHOSI Music Live - Big Little Concepts S02E08

💎 Support Big Little Concepts: https://pay.yoco.com/concept-records CHOSI has been making waves across South Africa’s music scene with her uplifting songs and powerful voice. She joined us with her band to share three songs that explore the high and lows (and joys and tragedies) of life. CHOSI’s performance opens with a moving tribute to the memory of Uyinene Mrwetyana, led by Tiana Amari’s soulful bass tone and held together by drummer Obed Kalonji’s driving kick, and is followed by ‘M&M’, a song dedicated to (and named after) her twins Mzizi and Mzizana. Her performance closes with ‘Ntinga’, a celebratory song driven by keyboardist Uthandolwakhe Phungawayo, and punctuated by a catchy trumpet line played by Thato Nkuna.
