Hi there! I feel like I’ve encountered a false spring in Korea. The weather seemed to be warming up but then it snowed today and tonight the temps will get down to 26F. I heard there will be a short spring and long summer in Seoul this year. I didn’t do much cooking this week. But my favorite thing I made was a perilla oil cream pasta that I tried to recreate from a dish I had last year. I’ve been thinking about it a lot but I still can’t describe the taste of perilla. The best I can say is it’s herbal, savory, and refreshing.
