2021 CHA/V 3.0 & VGA4EVA

Here's a little infomercial that gives some background on the CHA/V (cheap, hacky A/V synth) and introduces 2021 updates. Also, I'm proud to introduce VGA4EVA, which is a new Arduino-based video synth brain. Both are DIY projects that can be made for around $25 each.
