Neck Pillow-Wearing ‘Sleeping’ Juror Sparks Mistrial Fight

A juror wearing sunglasses and a neck pillow was suspected of sleeping as testimony got underway in Robert Kessler’s murder trial. Kessler, 74, is accused of killing and dismembering 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts in 2021 before dumping her remains in McKay Bay. The courtroom drama escalated when a bailiff reported that a juror allegedly called the case a “no-brainer” during a break. The juror accused of making the comment was dismissed, while the judge questioned other jurors about whether they could remain impartial.
