SkillTwin - Competency Intelligence & Digital Capacity Building Platform, SIH26075, CAPACITY CONNECT

SkillTwin is a digital capacity-building, learning management, and competency intelligence platform designed to connect learning with measurable skill development. The platform follows a complete capability-development cycle: Assess → Identify Skill Gaps → Recommend → Train → Reassess → Certify → Measure Improvement SkillTwin includes dedicated portals for Trainees, Trainers, Admins, Institutions, and Industry, along with competency tracking, skill-gap analysis, assessments, learning paths, progress tracking, trainer management, notifications, career readiness, opportunities, certificates, and AI-assisted features such as AI Tutor, AI Interview, AI Resume, and an integrated chatbot. One of the key features of SkillTwin is SkillTwin Classroom, our own integrated live-class system. The platform does not depend on Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams for live classes. Trainees can join scheduled sessions directly from their course, while trainers can conduct classes inside the SkillTwin ecosystem using features such as camera and microphone controls, participant management, chat, screen sharing, waiting-room flow, trainer controls, whiteboard support, and dedicated live-session rooms. SkillTwin is built using React, JavaScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Python, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express, Socket.IO, LiveKit, AWS EC2, Nginx, HTTPS, and cloud deployment infrastructure. The goal of SkillTwin is not just to show that a course was completed, but to help answer a more important question: What skills does a learner currently have, where are the gaps, what should they learn next, and did the training actually improve their competency?
