DAY 26/30- 4AM MORNING RIYAZ- RAGA ROOM

As usual, the session began with vipassana (meditation) and affirmations and moved to riyaz of humming, sa, and omkar. This led to straight note practice in Kharaj and Madhya Saptak. This led to mandra pa to madhya pa sargam in meend. And then it was raga bhairav alapchari. These 4am riyaz sessions were started with the purpose of experiencing the divinity of music to understand ourselves better and raise consciousness while we work on the technical aspect of music.
