This isn't a sleep channel. I built this one for the afternoon dip, the short reset that leaves you sharper rather than groggy, and I am sharing it in case it helps you too. It is a bed of brown noise under a soft pulsing tone. The pulse sweeps from 12 Hz down to 6 Hz over the first 10 minutes, then holds there for the rest. Unlike my sleep track, it stops at 6 Hz rather than going lower, so it keeps you in the light, drowsy state of a good nap instead of pulling you into deep sleep. That is deliberate: it is the difference between waking refreshed and waking heavy. Three soft bells ring out at the 20-minute mark to bring you back up gently, spaced a few seconds apart so you surface rather than startle. Set it going as you settle, and let it do the timing for you. No claims or science lecture. This is simply what works for me. I hope you find it useful.
