If by “obulyazaaamanya” you mean ignoring or neglecting someone’s rights, responsibilities, or important matters, Islam strongly teaches Muslims to avoid negligence and fulfill their responsibilities. Islamic teachings about obulyazaaamanya Allah commands us to fulfill trusts and responsibilities. The Qur’an says: “Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due…” (Qur’an 4:58). Do not neglect your duties. A Muslim is responsible for obligations such as salah, caring for family, keeping promises, and respecting other people’s rights. Neglecting prayer is especially serious. Allah warns about those who are heedless of their prayer (Qur’an 107:4–5). People’s rights must be respected. Taking someone’s property, refusing to repay a debt, breaking promises, or deliberately neglecting someone who depends on you can be sinful. Accountability: The Prophet ﷺ taught that everyone is a caretaker and will be questioned about what was entrusted to them (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim). In short: Islam encourages responsibility, trustworthiness, keeping promises, and taking care of the rights of Allah and other people.
