Episode 4 – Why Small Groups

Small groups are an essential component of youth ministry. In small groups, teens process and apply the content of the Life Night, converse with their peers, are edified by the example of others, and develop language for sharing their faith. Small groups are also where relationships develop as we journey with teens and help them navigate a life of faith. Understanding the purpose of small groups is the first step to facilitating them well.
