CJP के Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka को मिली जमानत, कोर्ट ने Delhi Police की याचिका खारिज की

A Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) court in Delhi has ordered the release of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activists Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka after accepting their sureties. The duo was detained by Delhi Police on October 13 after climbing the barricaded gates at Jantar Mantar. Their judicial custody had been extended twice, with the court raising concerns about the possibility of a breach of peace. Das and Ranka had also challenged the October 19 custody extension order in the Delhi High Court, but later withdrew their petition after being advised to seek a revision plea if they did not get relief from the SEM court.
