Celestial druid is a good balance between a group having the safety, in case things go south in a run, to be able to recover quickly, but also having some extra damage to help push the raid along. The faster the boss dies, the less risk your raid group is opened up to. In my testing I have found sharpening stone is better dps than glyph of equality, but the cc and stab are both handy for pug runs.
