For the organisation that has embraced true technical partnership and curiosity in how they use Nourish’s integration ecosystem. This award works a little differently to the others today. It isn’t decided by submission, it’s chosen by our Director of Partnerships and her team here at Nourish, recognising the organisations we’ve genuinely seen embrace partnership working and technical curiosity over the past year. Runners up: Greensleeves Care Lifeways Principle Care Homes Iden Manor Nursing Home Queen Ann Care As you heard in the talk earlier today, Principle Care have an incredible approach to adopting integrated solutions. As a new generation of care homes, still expanding with Heron Manor opening this summer, they use ten different digital systems, but they are incredibly considerate in both the selection and roll-out of every single one. Integrations remain a high priority. The team will go as far as co-ordinating calls between their own suppliers to encourage integrations to get built, and they’re just as quick to feed back if an integration doesn’t go far enough and needs more work. When we talk about ’best of breed’, we know it often falls down when the provider doesn’t fully embrace it. Sure, there’s work for suppliers to do, but there’s just as much work for providers to do, and that’s the part that gets overlooked. Making sure login access, training, workflows, SOPs and benefits realisation are all properly in place is complicated. Well, in our opinion, Principle Care are the poster child for how to do this well. They have more than ten expert digital teams working in partnership with them, and they know exactly how to make the most of it.
