4 Claps | Max Fletcher, Stephen Rusnak & Eli Stein

The specialists take over 4 Claps. Max Fletcher, Stephen Rusnak and Eli Stein sit down to talk life as a college football specialist, the chemistry behind Cincinnati’s kicking operation and the mindset it takes to perform when your number is called. The group dives into their different journeys to Cincinnati, Max’s path from Australian rules football to college football, handling pressure, their favorite specialists, Nippert’s atmosphere and what has made this year’s Bearcats team so connected. Plus, they look back on their first college starts, share advice for young kickers, punters and long snappers, and explain why staying level through the highs and lows has become so important late in their college careers. The guys also talk about the impact of Bearcats fans and why a packed, loud Nippert Stadium can make a real difference on Saturdays.
