DJ Menifee: Same Purpose, New Assignment | The Excellence Factory

I was coming back to higher ed as DJ Menifee was walking out of it after 16 years in enrollment. We get into the presidency he didn't get, the difference between hard work and busy work, mentors versus sponsors versus coaches, building something with a 9-to-5, and what the colleges that are winning do differently. DJ hosts Hues of Leadership with his wife, and he's been on my personal board of directors for years.
