Pokemon Rejuvenation v14 NG+ Mono Ice / Pulse2 Ch. 1+2

This is a NG+ run with the fullevs password enabled. I'm allowing use of Pokemon that evolve into Ice-types like Seel and Eevee because otherwise you'd only have access to Sandygast-Ice pre-Venam. Also allowing crests that give a mon the Ice type like Castform and Sawsbuck. At the time of this video I'm post-Saki, so I'm slowly uploading these now. Gonna do both Paragon and Renegade Route (if I can), starting with Paragon and then continuing Renegade afterward.
