Full BTS video & photoset online at PLAYGIRL+ 25 years old Jake was born in Savannah. “As a model and construction worker it’s hard to find the time for relationships,” he says. “And finding someone with the patience and similar values to mine doesn’t come often.” Jake loves traveling, experimenting with new cooking recipes and –no surprise– staying fit.
