I really, REALLY want to like The Batman. Matt Reeves, Robert Pattinson, a darker detective-focused take on Batman, an incredible Gotham City, and a fantastic cast all sounded like the perfect combination. And honestly, there is a LOT about this movie that I absolutely love. But then there are the things that just don't work for me.
