Riding a VALMET-Strömberg M101-106 Prototype Train, filming the ride from Kontula to Mellunmäki

This is a VALMET-Strömberg prototype metro train, constructed in 1977 and handed over to HST in 1979.. 3 EMU:s (M101-106). This kind of EMUs were built for the Helsinki Metro network between 1977 and 1984. There were some small differences between the oldest prototype train and the first non-prototype train (probably constructed in 1980).. e.g. the old door pressure system, the door closing chimes (one low note on the prototype train, 3 notes on the trains constructed from 1980 onwards and the air conditioning/fan system
