I apologize for any typo💕 Watch in HD for the best quality... 💕 Today's Video: Slow Living in Finland 🌼 Simple and Quiet Day in Spring🌼🍰💕Silent Vlog🌼 Moist Chocolate Cake🍰🍰🍰 Ingredients: Chocolate Ganache: 200 ml whipping cream/all-purpose cream 200g dark chocolate Chocolate Cake: 220g all-purpose flour 300g sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 100g cocoa powder (unsweetened) 2 eggs (large size) 125 ml vegetable oil (I use rapeseed oil) 250 ml fresh milk (room temperature) 250 ml hot water Instructions: For Chocolate Ganache: 1. In a pan, heat the whipping cream until almost boiling 2. In a mixing bowl, add dark chocolate 3. Pour hot whipping cream combine until incorporated, and let it sit in the fridge while waiting for the cake For Chocolate Cake: 1. Preheat oven (180°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, sift all-purpose flour and add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix dry ingredients well. 3. Add eggs, vegetable oil, and fresh milk. Whisk until fluffy (do not over-mix). Pour hot water and whisk until incorporated. 4. Prepare 2 pieces of 20cm cake pan by applying a layer of grease. Pour half and half of the batter into each pan. 5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. 6. Remove the cake from the oven. Using a spatula or flat spoon, flatten the top of the cake and allow it to cool for about 45 minutes. 7. Transfer the cake to a serving dish. Glaze the cake with ganache, and decorate it with your desired decorations, such as chocolate chips. 8. Slice the cake into your desired portions. 9.
