Starmie EX Is Insane | Second Best Deck in The Game! | Pokémon TCG Pocket

Today we have the second best deck in the game, that I don't think is talked about anywhere near enough. It's a Starmie EX/Articuno deck. This deck pushes insane damage early and has cheap retreat costs to make sure it's flexible and versatile no matter what the opponent does. The only thing keeping this deck at bay is the fact that Pikachu EX is so strong, but even then you can win that matchup if you get a fast enough start.
