I Really Wanted to Like This Rifle… Backland Hunter Comp

I really wanted to like the **Crusader Arms Backland Hunter Comp**, but unfortunately, the problems came back. After my initial issues, I sent the rifle in for warranty and when I got it back, it seemed to be running properly. But during my third range session, I started experiencing double feeds and light strikes again. I want to be completely fair — I did modify/file the magwell on my rifle to accept other magazines, so I’m willing to take responsibility for the possibility that my modification contributed to my issues. However, the rifle was sent in for warranty with the magwell already modified and was returned to me as good to go. What made me want to make this video is the number of Backland owners who have reached out to me with similar experiences — including people running completely stock rifles. This isn’t about bashing Crusader Arms. It’s simply an update on my experience and some of the feedback I’ve received from other owners.
