Respiratory Season Preparedness Webinar for Residents

2026-10-14 This webinar featured representatives from Ontario’s Ministry of Long-Term Care and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, who provided an overview of respiratory season preparedness in long-term care homes. Topics included seasonal immunization, infection prevention and control, outbreak management, and guidance to help reduce the impact of respiratory illnesses. Residents learned what to expect during respiratory illness season and how they could contribute to a safe and healthy home environment.
