February 12, 2023 first ride of 2023 with horse clicker training using California Hackamore

2/12/23 first short ride of the year. just keeping it at the walk. I really don't like being so bundled up to ride. I feel like a kid in a snow suit and even more of a clutz than my usual decrepit self. this was interesting because Sugar Babe had left the area so I was pleased that Lacey wasn't too upset by not having her in sight all the time. hoping to do more in the saddle as weather conditions improve and be ready to check out the custom saddle in late March.
