101 Obtaining stronger color

Colors become stronger when they can "help" each other. A warm yellow looks much warmer next to a cold purple. I am used to mix realistic colors. I mean that I isolate colors and mix these as good as possible. But in an interesting painting things work different. In this season I often realize that I am able to mix a color into a "helping" color for my painting. In this video I show you how this worked out this week.
