생일의 주인공은 Nacha 🎂 Nacha, Maca, Amy는 모두 영어수업에서 만난 친구들입니다. 다 커서 새로운 친구를 사귄다는 게 생각보다 흔한 일은 아니잖아요. 그런데 운 좋게도 타지에서 살고 있다는 공통점으로 시작해서 성향이나 취향까지 잘 맞다 보니 서로를 잘 이해하게 되는 것 같아요. 그런가 하면 어떤 친구들은 짧은 시간을 함께했는데도 귀한 인연이 되기도 하고요. 마음이 맞는 사람들끼리 자연스럽게 가까워지고, 어느새 서로의 일상을 궁금해하며 서로의 삶을 진심으로 응원하게 되는 과정이 참 신기하고 감사하게 느껴집니다. 삶의 어느 순간을 함께 공유하는 사람들이 있다는 게 너무나 감사한 일이라는 생각이 듭니다. 아 어쩌면 내가 생각하는 것만큼 제자리걸음만 하고 있는 건 아닐지도 모르겠다는 생각이 듭니다. 좋은 사람들을 만나고 있고 그들과 함께하는 시간들이 차곡차곡 쌓여가고 있으니까요. The birthday girl is Nacha 🎂 Nacha, Maca, and Amy are all friends I met in my English class. Making new friends when you’re starting a new chapter in life isn’t always easy. But luckily, we started out with something in common—we’re all living far from home. And as we got to know each other, we realized that our personalities and interests were a good match too. I think that’s what helped us understand each other so well. And then there are some people who, even though you’ve only known them for a short time, somehow become really special to you. I find it so amazing and grateful that people who naturally connect can grow closer, start wondering about each other’s everyday lives, and genuinely cheer each other on. I’m really grateful to have people who share a part of their lives with me. And maybe, just maybe, I’m not as stuck in place as I sometimes think I am. Because I’m meeting good people, and the moments we share are slowly adding up, one by one.
