Santubong Archeological Park - Sungai Jaong

Sungai Jaong is a unique heritage site located within a dipterocarp and mangrove forest that is rich in biodiversity. It is best known for its ancient rock carvings and archaeological artefacts that date back to the 9th to 14th centuries, when the Santubong foothills were a busy hub of human activity and iron smelting industries.
