Hey, I am big fan of letting your freak flag fly high, and nobody, I mean nobody does this better than the master of horror himself, Stephen King. There are enough freaks in his books to fill an entire football stadium. Some of the freaks I liked, the others... Well. Annie Wilkes, unlike King’s other heroines didn’t have any special shining abilities. Unless you want to include crazy as a supernatural power. Let’s just say that she took things a little too far. You know what I am talking about, the whole hobbling thing. C’mon girl, if a man is ready to go, he’s ready to go. Rose the hat, had all the qualities that I adore, beauty, charm, youth, cunningness, and an ability to shine. But I was repelled by her parasitic nature. Abra proved to be the perfect adversary, taken her down, by giving her a taste of her own medicine, and destroying the True Knot Gang for good. However, the biggest fantastical freak of them all is Carrie White. I know, there is just something about redheads, welding enough power to stop a Pontiac PTO, after unliving a whole gymnasium riddled with mean girl energy. But contrary to popular opinion, Carrie is not a gloom and doom, story. It’s a movie about heroism. It’s a movie about power, redemption, and restoring balance. So, if you’re a huge Carrie fan, this video is for you.
