Mini Milk Carton Box & Holder (Plus Tutorial)

This is an identical dupe to Stampin' Up's mini milk carton box die. The holder's original tutorial was not mine, but I found it on: http://flowerbug.typepad.com/my_weblo... (for the 4 milk carton holder) http://www.danniesdesigns.com/my_webl... (2 mini milk carton holder) You can also check out other tutorials that uses the die by substituting it using milk carton boxes you make yourself from scratch :)
