Korg multi/poly Analog Modeling Synth: First Look, Overview & Review!

The Korg multi/poly is a 2024 virtual analog synthesizer from Korg's California R&D team, loosely inspired by the original Korg Mono/Poly. In this 72-minute first look and review, your old pal Keith digs into what makes it different from Korg's other R&D synths (modwave, wavestate) — including its four-oscillator architecture, the unusual waveshaper oscillator, classic analog modeling waveforms, the Layer Rotate feature borrowed from the original Mono/Poly, the new CX-3 rotary speaker effect, parallel/serial filter routing, the SEM-style filter, and Korg's amp and envelope modeling.
