Running Up That Hill by Serena Kaos (one-take audio and improv performance video)

Although Placebo is one of my favourite bands, I did get to know Running Up That Hill through its original singer, Kate Bush, as I grew up in a house filled with 80’s music. I’m thirsty for truth and I don’t like polished sounds. So, in exception to the harmonies, this audio is the first take that came out of my heart when I sat down to record it, and, although with edition, the video is a result of 5 takes of improv performances.
