Citizen Kentucky: Democracy and the Media

One of Buck Ryan's excellent documentary programs on civic life/civic responsibility, Citizen Kentucky: Democracy and the Media was produced by Buck Ryan and Arthur Rouse through the facilities of the Media Collaboratory in Lexington Kentucky and first aired on Kentucky Educational Television in October of 2001.
