Watch the 2025 highlights of Jaxon Dollar, one of the premier tight end prospects in the 2027 recruiting class. Dollar stars for East Lincoln High School in Denver, North Carolina, where his combination of athleticism, physicality, ball skills and versatility has made him one of the nation's most productive offensive weapons. The 6-foot-3.5, 222-pound tight end is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports and owns a 0.9848 247Sports Composite rating. He is currently ranked the No. 34 overall prospect nationally, the No. 2 tight end in the 2027 class and the No. 3 player in North Carolina. 247Sports' individual rankings are even higher, placing Dollar No. 28 nationally, No. 2 among tight ends and No. 1 in North Carolina. Dollar is committed to Georgia. 2025 JUNIOR SEASON STATS Dollar put together an outstanding junior campaign for East Lincoln, finishing the season with: • 54 receptions • 1,190 receiving yards • 22.0 yards per reception • 20 receiving touchdowns • 12 games played He was equally disruptive on defense: • 38 tackles • 13 tackles for loss • 5 sacks • 4 pass breakups • 2 forced fumbles • 1 fumble recovery His performance earned him Western Foothills 4A/5A Player of the Year honors. CAREER STATS Through his junior season, Dollar has recorded: • 67 career receptions • 1,414 career receiving yards • 26 career receiving touchdowns His sophomore season included 13 receptions for 224 yards and six touchdowns before exploding for 1,190 yards and 20 scores as a junior. SCOUTING & ANALYSIS Dollar is a modern matchup tight end who can be moved throughout an offense rather than being limited to a traditional in-line role. His basketball background shows up immediately on film. He attacks the football at its highest point, uses his body extremely well in contested situations and possesses an impressive catch radius. His ability after the catch separates him from many tight ends. Dollar can accelerate into open space, break arm tackles and create explosive plays rather than simply functioning as a possession receiver. His combination of agility and size makes him dangerous on seams, crossers, screens and underneath routes where he can turn shorter completions into big gains. Dollar also shows the ability to defeat contact at the line of scrimmage and understands how to use leverage and positioning to create separation. His production — particularly 20 receiving touchdowns and 22 yards per catch during the 2025 season — illustrates how consistently he can generate explosive plays. The biggest developmental area is his experience as a traditional in-line blocker. However, his physical playing style and willingness to engage suggest considerable upside as he continues adding strength and mass. 247Sports projects him as the type of versatile matchup weapon capable of contributing in a motion-heavy college offense. Jaxon Dollar's combination of elite production, multi-sport athleticism, receiving ability and positional versatility makes him one of the most intriguing tight end prospects in the 2027 class.
