Rush – By-Tor and the Snow Dog (Drum Cover)

This great epic comes off the Fly By Night album, released in 1975... the first album featuring The Professor of the Drum Kit, Neil Peart. Definitely a childhood favorite -- I used to try to slow the turntable down to better hear what Neil was playing... it kinda blew my young mind, lol! Lacking a tree of chimes on my kit, I was able to program the chimes to my left foot pedal (sampled from the end of the song), and I also got to play around with applying phaser and flanger filters in a couple spots while mixing, which was fun!
