HARMONISE Webinar Building the Foundations for Interoperable Positive Energy Districts

This HARMONISE webinar, taking place on 14 October 2026, is the first part of a two-webinar series, that has explored how interoperability can support the development of more efficient, flexible, and sustainable Positive Energy Districts (PEDs). Bringing together experts from CERTH, MAPS, VOLTIVA, AEM, and EnGreen, the webinar has examined key challenges and solutions related to data interoperability, digital platforms, building energy management, flexibility, grid integration, and real-world pilot implementation. The programme has also featured a moderated panel discussion on how different systems and stakeholders can work together, the role of the Common Information Model (CIM) and open standards, and how interoperability can enable flexibility and better integration with electricity grids.
