You can download this substance in Gumroad: https://gum.co/zXPDp Creating Substances with Exposed Parameters and using them in Substance Painter Sorry I sound a little horse.. Here is overview of how I created this fully interactive substance with exposed parameters and inputs. Using Substance Designer it is possible to create substances that fully react to the mesh specific map data such as position, ambient occlusion, curvature and world space normals maps. When creating inputs for these mesh-specific maps, it is important to set the inputs to 16-bit, otherwise the result is not good. (I learned that in a hard way..) To label and organize the exposed parameters, just double click the graph in Substance Designer. I am sorry that I forgot to mention the triplanar_grayscale node. Basically you just need to connect position and world space normal maps to it. (I will make another video specifically about that.) When publishing substance it is important to make the substance relative to the parent and set the multiplier to 0. This makes the substance to perform properly in other apps. If you save the parameters to your Documents/Allegorithmic/Substance Painter/shelf/materials folder (In windows machine) the materials will be loaded every time when you start Painter. It is good idea to create a library of your own materials so they are always available for use. Please leave a comment if you have other ideas how to use custom made substances in Substance Painter. http://www.creativewithjaakko.com/201...
