Claude Skills let you teach Claude repeatable processes so you don’t have to give it the same instructions over and over again.
In this tutorial, I’ll show you how Skills work inside Claude for Teachers and build three different teacher workflows from scratch — starting with a simple parent communication Skill, then turning an existing formative assessment workflow into a reusable Skill, and finally combining Skills with live classroom data from Gradebox.
The goal of this video is to help you recognize the repeatable processes in your own teaching workflow that are worth turning into something Claude can reuse.
