Kakalbaki is 2 km away from G Udayagiri to reach this place there are two ways. 1st one is from front of Kalinga Mahavidyalaya near New Stadium and 2nd one is from Pukulingia Village for that need to cross Beautiful Paddy field but I Prefer if u want beautiful view then travel from Pukulingia Village . Don't Cross the River as it is Dangerous. KAKALBAKI Interesting Fact :- Kakalbaki named due to over visiting couples and Students who bunk there classes from near by area . As per local TRIBAL Language KAKAL means VAGABOND ( AWARA GARDI ) . Famous as lovers Point. KAKALBAKI Sub River SALKI:- In this place water coming from SIRKI DAM but as per Google that dam named Kakalbaki Dam. The River that flow from Kakalbaki is called sub River SALKI and after PHULBANI called SALUNKI Sub River and at the End this river Mixed With MAHANADI River in BAUDA District. KAKALBAKI WATERFALL :- As River flow through big 150 Meter Rock downward which look like SLIDING ROCK WATERFAll. As hight is not enough but it look really cool from bottom .
