Fist Of The North Star 2026 Review. A new FOTNS anime was announced in 2023 but details were scarce. In 2025, WB Japan released the very first teaser during the Anime Expo which upset many people since it was a cgi anime adaptation. Since then more trailers were released but the anime finally premiered in 2026 with 14 weekly episodes on Amazon's Prime Video. Despite the negative reception is still became Prime's number 1 viewed anime. The series is confirmed for a 2nd cour release in 2027. After seeing those 14 eps I decided to make this video which spills my guts on what I liked and what bothered me. I do recommend seeing it but there's definitely a lot of stuff that needs to be improved on. The visuals do set it back but the storytelling definitely works.
