We originally came to try their famous Caldereta, but unfortunately it had already sold out. Instead, we enjoyed a hearty meal of Dinugu-an, crispy lechon, crunchy pig skin fresh from the chopping board, and Valenciana—the perfect "pampadasuk" to end a satisfying meal. To make the visit even more special, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, our fellow NOHS Batch '96 classmate, who made sure we had an enjoyable dining experience with excellent service, complimentary soup, and a few thoughtful surprises.
